Dear all our lovely clients below are our salon expectations we ask you to please follow. We ask if any clients are showing or think they have been in contact with anyone having Covid 19, to please not enter the salon.

On arrival we will ask you to please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment. this is just to limit the amount of people in reception. We ask if you can come alone. On arrival all clients will be required to sanitize their hands. There will be hand sanitizer at each station for both staff and clients to use. If you bring a coat/jacket with you we may ask you to please hang this item by yourself, this is just to limit the contact between staff and client.

All of us at Head Office will be in PPE by wearing face visors. If you have your own masks we ask for you to please wear them at all times. If you don’t we will be providing them at a charge of £1 per mask. All Stations will be disinfected between each client; gowns and towels will only be used once. All of our hairdressing tools are being regularly cleaned and disinfected.

Due to limited capacity you’ll notice a change in our layout, we are now using every other station. The main salon had 9 available seats and we have reduced this to 5. Upstairs still has 4 seats but only 2 working stations are now is use. Reception seating has now been rearranged to 4 individual seats that are spaced out. This is to protect you and our team by keeping as much social distance when possible. Also we are no longer providing refreshments or magazines due to covid restrictions. We may be running on slightly longer appointments to accommodate everyone’s needs, please be patient and bare with us.
